Description
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Ideal candidates will be focused on cleanliness, and customer service. You must be able to handle the slow and the fast pace that changes rapidly.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food, snacks, and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Requirements
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy, ability to use a POS
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
