Excel Personnel Services is currently recruiting for an Assembler in the Lompoc area. This position is full time and temp to hire, with the hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help create company products
Set-up production machine and run it
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Prefer someone with a mechanical background
Ability to measure with fractions and calipers
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
Ability to stand for a full shift
Ability to properly communicate through both oral and written communication
Fork lift training is a plus
Must be a reliable, self-starter
Ability to work independently, with little to no instruction, as well as on a team
