Seeking STRONG experienced servers to join our team at both our SANTA ROSA and SEBASTOPOL locations.
The busy season is upon us and we're looking to bolster our team with one or two more super strong individuals at our two locations.
In Santa Rosa: We need a strong server to join our team for Saturday and Sunday shifts, with the potential to cover the occasional weekday if needed.
In Sebastopol: seeking a strong server with both weekday and weekend availability.
Both restaurants are open from 8am - 3pm, with split shifts of flexible hours. Great opportunity to work a super busy restaurant without the late night grind of a dinner spot.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking orders and answering menu questions
Delivering food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
Upselling menu items and promoting specials
Handling payments and managing customer tabs
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Seeking experienced servers: professionals who come in with a wealth of knowledge about how to manage and interact on the floor and with guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great team player, with a can do attitude regarding all aspects of working in a successful restaurant
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
