Job Description: We’re on the hunt for an outgoing, creative bar manager who can shake things up—literally. If you’ve got a knack for coming up with and coordinating fun, friendly theme nights and enticing events, as well as love being the life of the party while staying responsible and dependable, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Come up with and implement innovative, enticing theme nights and events
- Create funky and fresh promotional materials
- Craft and serve one-of-a-kind cocktails and drinks
- Lead by example in providing top-notch customer service with a lively and outgoing attitude
- Keep the bar inventory well-stocked and offer suggestions for new products to carry
- Control costs, labor, budget and supplies with accuracy and efficiency
- Facilitate a fun and cohesive team environment to maintain a friendly and energetic atmosphere
- Ensure all employees and in compliance with all safety and legal standards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of bar/restaurant management experience, with a flair for creative solutions and a can do attitude
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle the fast pace of a busy bar
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- TIPS or similar certification is a plus
