Lord Stanley is looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our tight-knit culinary team. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience working in fine dining. This is a great place for a passionate chef to focus their skills and for a budding new chef or recent culinary graduate to gain valuable experience in fine dining.

Chef de Cuisine Nathan Matkowsky creates a rotating house menu pairing his love of French cuisine with Asian influences. Both à la carte and tasting menus will give homage to Old School Bistro de Luxe style. Our dynamic menu formats offer exciting opportunities to hone skills in the kitchen, and we strive to create a kitchen culture of accountability and craftsmanship, where everyone can come together in pursuit of an outstanding luxury product.

Full Service Restaurant experience expected. Must be available full time. Candidates should have valuable professional cooking experience. Specific familiarity with French or Asian cuisine is not necessary.
Competitive Pay, including a part of the shared tip pool, around an additional $50/shift from tips.
