Position: Waitress
Job Description:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely service.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle customer payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
