Showroom Sales Associate Basic Job Description:
Providing excellent customer service to in-store customers
Maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom
Answering emails and phone calls from customers
Stocking of Showroom items as needed
Maintaining accurate inventory through counts and receiving of transfers
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications for this position:
High School Diploma, with some college experience preferred
A valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent computer skills, including good typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Courteous and professional demeanor
Detail oriented with careful attention to accuracy
Ability to follow tasks to their completion
Attention to detail and the ability to follow through
Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment
Dependable and Punctual
Positive, helpful attitude
Passion for beer, wine, or coffee

MoreFlavor! is a young, energetic, growing company with over 150 employees that sells supplies and equipment to make beer, wine, and coffee. Most of our business is done online through our websites but we operate 3 retail showrooms in California. We sell these supplies to hobbyists, hobbyist stores, and professional breweries/wineries worldwide from our websites and retail stores. We operate distribution centers on the East and West Coasts.
This is a great entry-level job that can lead to a career. Many of our management staff started in customer service or our showrooms and advanced through the company. This job can also be a great stepping stone into the brewery business. Employees have gone on to work at Sierra Nevada, Heretic, Anderson Valley, Trumer, and Lagunitas brewing companies as well as several other beer and wine-related companies.
Part-time and full-time work available. We are allowing 1 day a week if needed and you can still access the employee discount and get free ingredients.
