Revamp Salon is a hybrid salon of both renter and commission stylists. We are highly rated salon and with strong online presence. We are busy and looking to add new team members. Centrally located with plenty of street visibility and foot traffic. Anchored by ABV, Fiat Luxe, and Roxy Theatre.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with additional retail sales being a plus. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for our clients.
Rent- $150 a day.
Responsibilities
Perform hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments according to client preferences.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Maintain an organized front desk area, assisting with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Educate clients on hair care products and techniques, promoting retail sales effectively.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques such as hair extensions.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development when necessary.
Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained to meet health standards.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification with three years of floor experience.
Must have a clientele
Proven experience in hair styling with a focus on customer service excellence.
Current and advance skills set and experience
Familiarity with color theory and various hair extension techniques is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and team player is a must
