Position Available: Salon/Life Assistant in San Francisco (with bi-monthly travel to NYC)
I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated hairstylist to join me as a personal salon/life assistant at my private studio in the Financial District of San Francisco. This is a unique, time-limited opportunity, with a maximum term of two years, designed to support your professional growth while you provide essential assistance in a high-end, dynamic environment. The role also includes travel to New York City every eight weeks to support my professional engagements there.

Responsibilities in San Francisco:
- Open and prepare the salon for the day, such as starting laundry, color inventory, and setting up color trays
- Manage client communications through text and DMs
- Assist with client intake, including providing robes and seating arrangements
- Offer wine to clients
- Assist with hair sectioning, basic color applications, shampooing, and blow-drying
- Execute signature styling techniques under supervision
- Manage client check-outs and rebookings
- Capture and curate content using the designated work phone
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the salon
- Perform errands as required
- Ensure scheduled breaks are adhered to
Required Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- A professional and polished wardrobe suitable for a high-end salon environment
