We are looking for the right Aesthetician to join our collaborative and supportive team. If you have a strong background in skin care, body waxing, and wellness along with excellent communication and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, nail care, and hair threading
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Upsell products and services to clients to enhance their experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in skincare techniques
- Utilize software systems for scheduling and client management
Qualifications:
- Valid state license in aesthetics or cosmetology (or scheuduled State Board test date)
- Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, and tinting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized treatments based on client needs
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
