Position: Carpenter with Handyman Experience
Salary: Starting at $39/hr
Potential for Growth: Foreman Position
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing doors and windows, and finishing work.
- Handle plumbing and electrical repairs and installations.
- Conduct general handyman tasks as needed, including flipping rentals.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Interact professionally with clients and other team members.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as needed, with potential for growth into a foreman position.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter with strong handyman skills.
- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Responsible and reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
