Immediate opening for a Journeyman Remodeler. Applicants should have a great working attitude, able to converse with project manager and homeowners, be in good physical shape with no lifting restrictions, have familiarity with common hand tools, have reliable transportation to and from work, and be comfortable using ladders.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
5+ years full time employment working as a Remodeler
Coordinating and monitoring the construction process
Communicating with clients to provide updates as needed
Sourcing and procuring materials for the project and including them in the overall budget
Performs a wide variety of job scopes.
Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback
MUST have your own work truck and necessary tools for your trade
Valid Driver's License
Read blueprints and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes preferred
Base Pay based on experience and qualifications.
