Are you inspired by nature, teamwork and beauty? We are seeking a self-motivated individual with landscaping experience to join our friendly and hard-working team.
We are a large, self-managed homeowners association in Walnut Creek. The property consists of 299 townhomes, a clubhouse and a swimming pool set on 42.5 acres of park-like landscaped grounds.
A staff of 2 maintenance and 4 landscapers maintain the property.
Landscaper tasks include:
Lawn Care such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating
Grounds care such as seasonal leaf removal, tree debris clearing (leaves, branches, fruits, berries and seed pods), tree maintenance (up to 15’), gutter and drain clearing.
Shrub, perennial and groundcover care such as trimming bushes and shrubs, removing debris, dead leaves, twigs around and within shrubs and hedges, weed control, mulching, fertilizing and watering.
You may occasionally be asked to assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualified candidates will have:
2+ years in landscaping or other labor-intensive job
US citizen or Green Card
Driver’s license
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Work hours are 7 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Staff enjoy competitive pay, 8 paid holidays and a
