People who are punctual, communicative, works well with others, good at problem solving and thinking outside the box. Maintenance People will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of our beautiful creation. This is a vital role in ensuring that our premises are safe, functional, and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on structures, equipment, and fixtures
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
-low voltage electronics (LEDs, arduinos, motors, etc)
-painting
-mild welding
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and address maintenance concerns
