Seeking an experienced on-site project manager capable of managing the construction of high end residential homes in San Francisco. Our work is split between two models; in-house development build and client build projects.
Job Description:
Work with site super to manage large residential projects from start to finish. The project manager is responsible for the project as a whole and will be required to have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a project. A project manager is responsible for the all of the following:
budget
change orders
tracking changes throughout the process
all communication (client, subcontractor, field personnel, city, architect, designer, etc.)
estimating costs
all required inspections
procurement of materials
project billing
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in residential construction in the bay area (preferably in San Francisco)
ability to read blueprints (architectural/structural)
thrive in fast paced work environment
ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
works well with a team
excellent attention to detail
