Responsibilities:

1. Conduct guided tours to popular destinations, including wine country, Monterey, Big Sur, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, and the redwood parks in the Bay Area, following a predefined itinerary.

2. Drive tour vehicles (SUVs & 15 Passenger Vans), ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.

3. Provide informative and engaging commentary, delivering fascinating insights about the history, culture, and natural wonders of each destination.

4. Address questions and concerns raised by tour participants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics, adhere to schedules, manage tickets, and organize necessary accommodations or reservations.

6. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company's brand and values.

7. Adhere to all traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers, fellow drivers, and pedestrians.

8. Some tours may require lots of hiking and overnight trips.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

2. Full availability, especially during the summer season.

3. Previous experience in leading guided tours or related customer service roles.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. In-depth knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding destinations.

6. Ability to handle unforeseen circumstances or challenges during tours, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.

7. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

8. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

9. Ability to lift and carry moderate loads, as necessary.

Familiarity with popular destinations, including Yosemite, California wine country, Monterey, Big Sur, Lake Tahoe, Point Reyes, Alcatraz, San Francisco, and the redwood parks in the Bay Area.

Ownership of a personal vehicle is preferred.
