PMSM/19six Architects is seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to lead and manage projects within our Healthcare Design Studio.
Role and Responsibility
â¢ Collaboratively work with the Healthcare Design Studio to coordinate and manage healthcare projects throughout all project phases, pre-design through construction administration and OSHPD certification.
â¢ Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
â¢ Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project scope and budget.
â¢ Coordinate design consultants and oversee architectural team.
â¢ Review deliverables prepared by project team before proceeding to next phase.
â¢ Coordination of construction documents.
â¢ Ability to manage multiple projects and communications with clients.
â¢ Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with staff.
â¢ Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
â¢ Draft client proposals.
Desired Skills and Experience
â¢ Passion for healthcare design and construction.
â¢ Licensed Architect
â¢ Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture; Masters is a plus.
â¢ Five (5) yearsâ experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in healthcare project types.
â¢ Experience with OSHPD approval.
â¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, Acrobat, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
â¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
â¢ Highly motivated, positive and ability to problem solve.
â¢ Ability to create strong client relationships.
