La Cosecha Bar & Restaurant is seeking experienced, professional, qualified candidates to join our Hospitality Team Immediately as Servers

Dining at La Cosecha is a Shared Experience for both our Guests and our Servers, who act as the point person between our guests and the rest of the team ensuring they always have everything they need and nothing they don’t need, always, ideally before they have to ask for it. Servers guide our guests through our menu, proactively suggesting amazing personalized journeys for each party and seamlessly pairing our cuisine with the right wine, cocktails, beer and more. Servers coordinate coursing, ensuring there is never a lack of food for our guests without overloading tables, that drinks are always full, that smiles are always present on our guests faces. Servers know every detail of our menu and can coordinate with the chef to accommodate allergies and intolerances or guide diners toward safe options. Servers handle all payment transactions efficiently and accurately. Servers complete additional responsibilities before and after service to ensure the entire team is ready for success.

Ideal Candidates would possess:

- A Genuine gift for hospitality and the desire to offer our guests an awesome experience, every time. Not Ok. Not Good. Awesome!

- The ability to cultivate relationships with our guests and ensure they return over and over again.

- A Team Oriented Work Ethic. We do this this together, always. We set each other up for success. “We” do this, “I” do a small part.

- An eye for fine detail and obsessive cleanliness.

- A minimum of 2 years experience working as a server in a fine dining or casual-fine dining environment.

- Familiarity with shared/family-style dining.

- Knowledge of Spanish Cuisine and Latin World Cuisine.

- Knowledge of wine (emphasising Spanish and local varietals and producers), beer, spirits, and classic cocktails

- Flexible schedule that would allow for maximum scheduling. The ability to consistently commit to 3-4 weekly shifts working both days (9-10am to 3-4pm) and nights (4-5pm to 10:30-11:30pm).

- Reliable transportation to and from our location.

- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.

- Current California Food Handler Certification and RBS certification.

- A sense of Style and Élan.

- 21+ years of age.

- Bilingual (Spanish) definitely a plus!

- Familiarity with PoS platforms, specifically Toast and Toast Handhelds a plus!
