HELP WANTED: RV Detailer and Lot Porter

We're looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to fill an exciting dual role as an RV Detailer and Lot Porter at our dynamic RV dealership. If you have a passion for RVs and enjoy working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Detailing RVs: Thoroughly cleaning interior and exterior of RVs to meet our high standards of presentation. This includes washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors, vacuuming and sanitizing interiors, cleaning windows, and ensuring all areas are spotless and ready for customer viewing.
- Lot Management: Organizing and maintaining the RV lot, ensuring all vehicles are displayed neatly and are accessible for shows and test drives. This includes moving RVs as required, checking in new arrivals, and coordinating with the sales team to keep the lot presentable.
- Inspection: Performing basic pre-delivery inspections of RVs and reporting any issues to the service department.
- Customer Service: Occasionally assisting customers by answering basic questions and directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- Previous detailing or lot porter experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles, including large RVs.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
