Welcoming visitors
Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Order office and kitchen supplies
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support Requirements - 1+ years of related experience
Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
High attention to detail
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience preferred
Deep understanding of Computer Data Entry
Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties
Foundational knowledge in communication
Strong organization skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
