Job Title: IT Story Teller/Events Manager Job Location: Remote Duration: Long term Direct client Roles & Responsibilities: o Serve as the IT storyteller and voice of Customer-1 to ensure all IT uses cases are engaging, compelling and share business results. o Partner with IT CustomerOne to translate abstract technical solutions into meaningful documented use cases that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers showcasing the 'art of possible' o Contribute to ghostwriting and editing of over 50 IT content assets annually, including blog posts, eBooks, infographics, presentations, videos, webinars, and case studies o Manage and evolve a spectrum of IT narratives from tech to executive level o Contribute/create content for monthly partner webinar series on a variety of IT use cases o Manage IT participation at Company and industry events including customer meetings, presentations, mini keynotes, panel discussions, and exhibition booths: o Drive our unique enterprise IT executive and technical level narratives into meaningful participation in marketing & IT Industry events. o Drive success thru thoughtful preparation to ensure a compelling "IT to IT" customer engagement. o Drive customer satisfaction thru measurable results in both feedback and attendance o Establish, manage & maintain relationships with Marketing and Public Relations to maintain autonomy in Program content development, publications & communications: o Partner with Marketing to ensure IT Program to marketing messaging alignment o Maintain Editorial ownership/autonomy of IT technical content and messaging Requirements: o 5+ years of experience in program management, IT storytelling and content management. o Broad IT knowledge; conversant in technologies including hybrid cloud, data engagement, infrastructure, data centers, XaaS, DevOps, and IT operations, simplification and automation. o Ability to distill nuanced technical concepts into compelling, authentic narratives that drive business results.
