Manage and improve day-to-day Safety operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations.
Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.

Develop a deep understanding of Safety issues and how it affects our community.
Participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation.
Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology, Consulting, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
