Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess/Busser to join our team. The Host/Hostess/Busser will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience and contribute to providing exceptional guest service in our restaurant environment.
Duties Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Seat guests and manage reservations - Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management - Assist in managing waitlists during peak dining hours. Clearing and resetting tables efficiently - Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Refilling water glasses and beverages as needed - Assisting with additional guest inquiries and requests promptly. Working together with the hospitality team to complete side work and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests - Familiarity with a Point of Sale system or Yelp Reservation is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour + tips
