Examples of projects are network security as it relates to Zero Trust programs, network EOL/Refresh, application security, etc.
Oversee project scope, strategically plan steps, gather requirements, understanding activity/issues/risks, implementing countermeasure solutions if needed, etc.
Report on status, manage schedules, respond to issues/implement resolutions, drive standardized process, see projects through to execution, and focus on continuous improvements.
Requirements
Relationship building skills
Vendor/resource management
Excellent communication within project team, application teams, infrastructure teams, engineers, other business units, stakeholders, vendors, etc.
Able to converse with architecture/technical teams regarding the technical scopes of each project
Excellent reporting and tracking skills to manage data, issues, and details
Can take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Knowledge in security projects/programs
Comfortable presenting reports/status to audience
