Job Description

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the ideal candidate is organized, efficient, professional and overly communicative. He or she will be able to work with a variety of people and departments (new business, creative, strategy, analytics, account) to deliver great, collaborative work against agency deadlines.

Salary range: $46000 - $56000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts and contacts to develop compelling and tailored value propositions
  • Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers
  • Engage with prospects to share the company vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Disseminate qualified new opportunities to appropriate sales representative, collaborating with reps about the opportunity and determining appropriate action items
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products and services
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to boost company profit and contribute to our long-term business growth

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • High-level of integrity and intelligence
  • Must be able to think critically, effectively, anticipate needs and issues
  • Must have high attention to detail in all aspects of the role, work quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization
  • "No task is too small" mentality
  • Bachelor's degree is required
