Key Responsibilities:
- Design and decorate cakes and cupcakes according to customer specifications and bakery standards.
- Create custom decorations, including sugar flowers, fondant designs, and intricate piping work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure all products meet the bakery’s quality and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill daily orders and special requests.
- Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cake decorator, with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in fondant work, piping, and creating edible decorations.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
