Position Overview
As a Bakery Employee at Sweet Emotions, you will play a crucial role in bringing our bakery’s mission and values to life. You will assist in the production of baked goods, help maintain a clean and organized work environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods according to our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workspaces.
- Assist with daily inventory checks and ensure ingredients are fresh and stocked.
- Greet customers, take orders, and answer any questions about our products.
- Uphold our commitment to quality and sustainability by following food safety and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and production.
Requirements:
- Passion for baking and delivering high-quality products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is required.
Compensation - $18-$22 based on experience.
