As the Wine Club Liason, you will lead our efforts in promoting wine and merchandise sales through innovative marketing strategies. What You’ll Do:
Handle new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database.
Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Organize wine club events, including release parties, tastings, and member-exclusive gatherings.
Craft engaging and informative communications to keep members informed about upcoming releases, events, and promotions.
Coordinate event logistics, such as catering, invitations, and entertainment.
Ensure events run smoothly and create memorable experiences for members.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree in marketing, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Five (5) or more years of experience in wine tasting rooms, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or related field preferred, with at least two (2) years in a senior role.
Understanding of principles and practices of the organization.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with POS systems.
Ability to organize and manage several projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer service, politeness, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with members.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations, especially during busy periods.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with employees, guests, vendors, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
Ability to meet deadlines and possess excellent project management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Compensation:
Salary range between $24.00 - $26.00 hourly – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on wine membership sales.
Compensation will be determined by several factors including educational background and experience.
