We are currently seeking a part-time assistant receptionist to perform a variety of duties. Interest and/or experience in retail and natural skin and body care and makeup is preferred.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and abilities:
1. Outstanding customer service; ability to handle customer concerns
2. Detail oriented and organized
3. Takes initiative and works independently but not adverse to following direction
4. Reliable and punctual
5. Ability to multi-task under pressure
6. Some computer knowledge and experience
7. Ability to work well as a team member
8. Comfortable with open and direct communication
9. Retail experience
Duties include:
1. Scheduling client treatments
2. Opening and closing
3. Continually educating yourself and guests about products and services
4. Keeping the spa and boutique organized, clean and fresh
5. Providing support to the owner in multiple ways
6. Ordering and receiving spa supplies and boutique inventory
7. Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
8. Some merchandise display work
9. Managing the POS system
