Bring your energy, creativity, and passion as a Marketing expert to a high-performing Real Estate office. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating print and online marketing collateral for Agents and the Company. Assist with brand strategy and promotions, showcase homes for sale, and work with Agents to help develop a web and social media presence. Plan and execute events, and ensure that a consistent brand message is established company-wide.
Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Marketing (70%)
Create content and graphic design for Company communications, both print and online
Assist Agents of the Company with their marketing and social media
Generate opportunities for the Company to submit feature articles in local print media
Coordinate and work with all sites to achieve consistency of Company branding in promotional efforts including printed materials and Company website
Create and produce inspiring design, content and campaigns that build our brand, and focus on promotions
Build upon and enrich current web presence
Updating company website and social media with new listings
Email and mail home flyers
Advertisement of Open Houses
MLS input, changes, and photos
Social Media Coordinator (20%)
Coordinate with Agents and Company Owner to create social media content, reviewing and posting content
Collect and interpret website and social media analytics and reports, including information about use, demographics, etc., and share information with agents and owners
Event Coordination (10%)
Assists with the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of various Company and community events throughout the year
Qualifications:
Degree (AA or BA) in Marketing or related field
1+ years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations (Real Estate industry experience preferred) with a strong grasp of basic Marketing and PR skills
Ability to work in a fast- paced Real Estate office serving a diverse mix of Agents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of different Agents and team members
Highly efficient, organized, and accountable
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) graphics software, CRM, and social media platforms
Excellent writing and editing skills
Knowledge of various social media channels and ability to develop content tailored to different channels

Valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation, including vehicle insurance, required to fulfill Field Service responsibilities
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 hour + Bonus
