We are seeking Assistant Store Managers
We are seeking Assistant Store Manager’s to support the Store Manager in all facets of store sales and operations to meet sales and profit plans. This will be accomplished by supporting the training and developing of the store staff to provide friendly service, in person and on the phone, by identifying guest’s needs and providing solutions. This also includes answering questions, assisting with product selection and informing guests of the benefits or new game reservations, trades, pre-owned product and our Power Up Rewards loyalty program to help them save money and get the games and products they want. Assistant Store Managers will also ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised at all times, and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
Qualified Assistant Store Manager candidates will possess the following:
High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
1 years in retail sales, customer service, and /or management experience preferred.
Video game knowledge preferred.
