Job Details

You will lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers on a wide range of software products.

• Establish schedules, deliverables. and requirements for software products
• Ensure programs are properly resources
• Manage software verification and Validation
• Select, manage and coordinate external IT Vendors and Consultants as needed
• Communicate with executive leadership as the set strategy for technology systems

Requirements include:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related
• 5+ years working within IVD or medical device industry
• 4+ years managing, developing and mentoring an engineering team
• Software engineering leadership within IVD or medical device industry
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle under IEC 62304, FDA QSR, and /or ISO
• Software development tools to include C/C, Qt, Docker, GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins
• Project Management / Agile Development / Scrum
• Experience with analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and network security
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
