The Huckleberry is a fast-paced, high-volume, community entrenched jewel of a restaurant on Main Street in Louisville. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and full-service bakery operations. Seeking hard-working, organized, detailed LEADERS.
Qualified applicants will have previous restaurant management experience (2+ years); a solid foundation of food and beverage knowledge; passion for food, beverage and service; experience hiring and training staff; strong commitment to furthering education of staff; uncompromising service standards; professional and personal integrity; working knowledge of all daily accounting functions and the supporting computer systems; open scheduling availability;
