Spavia offers resort-like quality, customized and affordable spa services including massage therapy, skincare, body treatments, waxing and eyelash extensions. Spavia Boulder is growing quickly and is seeking qualified and talented massage therapists who would be responsible for providing our guests with enjoyable and high quality massage treatments and for ensuring a 5-star visit to the spa every time.

To work at spavia as a massage therapist, requirements include:
-Strong work ethic, and "do the right thing" attitude
-A passion for working with people
-Can-do attitude and high energy
-Reliable and timely
-A team player with passion for the spa industry
-Colorado State License
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Prepares room for guest, including: preparing bed with clean linens, turning on table warmers, turning on spa music, adjusting volume/light/etc., and preparing room for the specific treatment to be performed)
-Checks computer for daily schedule of treatments
-Completes pre-massage discussion with guest to gain information regarding use of medications, injuries, past/upcoming surgeries, & other conditions that may affect massage
-Performs massage/treatment according to protocol with guests preferences/requests in mind
-Ensures that treatment is timed properly to make sure guest can be on time to other treatments & specialist is on time for other guests
-Cleans treatment room after each guest and prepares treatment room for next massage therapist; keeps treatment area clean and stocked
-Possesses excellent knowledge of Spavia Day Spa - Boulder to be able to answer guest inquiries regarding pricing, membership, etc.
-Other duties as requested by supervisor
