I am the owner of a skincare company called Tallow Skin Co. (thetallowskinco.com) and I am looking for someone who is interested in helping me make product. It's not hard, but it is definitely more work than it might sound like and attention to detail is a must! My business is currently out of my family's home, so you would come work with me there in the kitchen and the downstairs "warehouse" area. A lot of the work is measuring materials, mixing and bottling, and doing dishes. It is rewarding though, especially doing cold-pressed soaps.
Once you know the product formulations, you would be welcome to work from home, and we would pay you by each case of product. So you could work as much/as quickly as you wanted - as long as the delivered product was accurate. We would supply all materials.
Tallow is beef fat, so you would have to comfortable working with animal products.
Pay is $20/hour, plus free product. One day a week here to start - and then when you know the products, you can work as much as I can sell. Pay then would go by case of product made. For instance, a case of 24 jars of balms we would likely pay $75 for (while covering product cost - and that takes about 90 minutes to make.
The idea is ideally you (and eventually others) could make as much as you want by manufacturing, and I would move to the selling.
If you have experience, even better! If you're someone that's crafty, enjoys DIY and likes natural things - awesome.
