Kforce has a client in Colorado Springs, CO that is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights in the Competitive Intelligent Marketing and Analytics space to lead a team of analysts. The candidate will be supporting analytics for Sales and Retention Teams, Contact Centers, Chat Channels, etc. The goal of this group is to provide real time data analytics in the contact center and digital channel spaces.
