Peppertree Restaurant is seeking an experienced server to join our established fine dining team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of fine dining experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, detail-oriented table service in a high-end environment
- Gain a strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings and articulate them to guests
- Coordinate with fellow team members to execute smooth, well-timed, elegant service
- Act with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Contribute to completing side work (e.g. napkin folding, glass polishing) with strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience
- Dedication to executing the highest level of service
- Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong team player willing to learn multiple roles
