Main Responsibilities:
Provides Functional Medicine patients with dietary guidelines, doctor-directed supplementation recommendations, recipes, grocery shopping advice, and other support as needed.
Schedules patients for blood work, calculates blood work cost, and ensures all necessary documentation is completed for the phlebotomist.
Aids in creating tangible resources for patients including handouts, recipes, podcasts, and other educational materials.
Adheres to patient non-compliance policy and collaborates with doctors as needed.
Leads and participates in patient support groups.
Coordinates scheduling for marketing events for patients and ensures all necessary documentation is completed for case studies.
Supports doctors with all other tasks as needed.
Core Qualifications:
Nutrition certification from a nationally accredited association.
Passion for healthcare and helping others solve health problems.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive, "can do" attitude and growth mindset.
Strong customer service experience.
Advanced communication skills.
