Receptionist/Job Scheduler
compensation: $15-17/hr starting wage (depending on experience)

We are a small, family owned window service company, looking for a full-time receptionist/service scheduler. Must be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, with an ability to put customers at ease and to help problem solve. Computer and office experience is a must, and scheduling experience is a big plus. Familiarity with the city of Colorado Springs is a bonus as the primary objective of this position is to schedule multiple jobs per day for each service technician (while efficiently routing their days so as to minimize drive time). Having a solid work ethic with a focus to only work on business related items during work hours is a priority. Ability to work closely with others in a small family owned business is important, as our goal is to find employees who enjoy our working environment and see themselves staying with us for an extended period of time. Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls (6 line phone system)
- Scheduling all customer appointments for multiple technicians, while routing the service techs multiple jobs to minimize drive time
- Receiving material deliveries
- Scanning and Filing
- Assisting in day to day office operations
Requirements:
- Ability to pass an employment criminal background check and a drug screen
- High School Diploma
- Proficient typing skills
- Competent in spelling and grammar
- Proficient general math skills including what we refer to as time math
- Attention to detail
- Computer familiarity (Windows/Word/Excel required; QuickBooks familiarity is a big plus)
Hours and Compensation:
Monday-Friday 8 AM 5 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hr lunch break
$15-17/Hour starting wage (depending on experience)
7 Holidays/yr (6 paid)
1 week paid vacation/yr (accrues based on hours worked)
1 paid sick day/yr
