We are hiring a Director of Corporate FP&A, with a focus on Corporate G&A & Compensation to join our Finance team in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for leading Corporate G&A financial forecasting and planning across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, including review, variance analysis, partnership with key stakeholders, and meaningful process improvement. A key focus will be compensation planning and modeling across both corporate and property management functions.This position will also own the annual budget and reforecast processes, inclusive of compensation and administrative expenses across all departments. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal leaders and Blackstone.The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven ability to design and execute scalable, efficient processes that consistently deliver decision-ready insights.What You Will Do:The Director will lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and compensation, delivering clear, decision-ready insights on performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. This role will own G&A forecasting, planning, and the review process, including variance analysis and identification of key risks and opportunities, while partnering with key stakeholders and driving compensation planning and modeling across corporate and property management functions.Key Responsibilities:· Lead a cross-functional team through the preparation and review of the Corporate G&A budget, including a reforecast on a rolling and semi-annual basis; communicate deviations from budget and reforecast to senior leadership and Blackstone with clear, actionable plans.· Track and report of integration savings, as well as assist in identifying savings opportunities.· Own end-to-end compensation planning and modeling across corporate and property management functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives· Responsible for enterprise-level reporting and analytics, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables are accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned forexecutive leadership and key stakeholders. Establishing new process post-integration will be necessary.· Provide property and fund level reporting and analysis for budget, reforecast and actual results.· Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leadership, proactively influencing enterprise strategy and performance outcomes.· Partner with HR, Finance Systems, IT, and other key stakeholders to enhance and optimize FP&A and compensation planning tools and systems, including supporting future-state planning and readiness for system implementations while driving automation, data integrity, and reporting efficiency.· Lead process design and continuous improvement efforts, enhancing scalability and effectiveness through standardization, documentation, cross-training, and team development.Keys to Success:· Energized and Resilient: Optimistic with a positive attitude; resilient under pressure.· Detail Oriented: Consistently accurate and vigilant about details, always spotting potential errors.· Acts with Urgency: Moves priorities forward with focus and sound judgment, proactively addressing challenges and translating insights into timely recommendations and action.· Team Focused: Elevates the team, guiding, developing, and mentoring members for success.· Nimble and Flexible: Adapts quickly as priorities and business needs evolve, remains open to new approaches, and helps others navigate change while maintaining momentum.
