The Healthcare Coordinator assists the Nursing department with the coordination of individual healthcare needs and support systems that provide consistent, timely and appropriate medical care. The Healthcare Coordinator is not a licensed medical person, is not permitted to provide medical advice, and will act as a liaison and support to the Dungarvin Colorado Nursing Department.
