We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Data and Analytics. The ideal candidate should have flexibility towards learning new tools and technologies.

As a Technical Business Analyst, the candidate will be getting an excellent opportunity to work with client business and IT stake holders.

Skillset:

  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Excellent knowledge in SQL programming side
  • Very good knowledge in Data analytics area.
  • Must have ability to interpret data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Must have experience in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Very good understanding in ETL space using Informatica and reporting tool like Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English is must
  • Should have excellent documentation and presentation skill set.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Perform requirement analysis.
  • Manage multiple business stake holders and communicate with them effectively and promptly
  • Flexible enough to work with offshore time to set up meeting with various offshore technical teams
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with internal customers, client IT team, and managerial staff.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, onshore and offshore
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
