Fox Run Cafe is hiring a server/bartender to join our hardworking team. We are looking for talented, self-starters who understand the meaning of genuine hospitality and have a knack for taking care of others and to whom taking care of others makes them feel good. Our restaurant is a tight-knit group of professionals. We take pride in offering impeccable service that goes beyond just serving food. Wage: $18.29/hour + tips (earning potential of $32 - $37/hour)
Hours: Part-time: 15 - 30 hours/week
Experience: At least one year serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work together with our whole staff to create a culture that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and gratification.
- Welcome and take care of our guests as if they were guests in your own home. Anticipate needs and go above and beyond the expectations of the typical restaurant experience.
- Ability to prep all necessary items that the bar uses as well as re-stock the bar daily and keep organized.
- Responsible for being well-acquainted with all menu items and descriptions from ingredients to preparation, to final dishes.
- Willingness to do anything and everything to assist the team: bussing tables, cleaning, stocking, running food, etc.
- Observe guests and keep your head on a swivel, ready to ensure satisfaction at all times.
- Exemplify accountability, integrity, work ethic, empathy, and optimism.
