Highly organized, detail oriented, motivated self-starter to join growing IP firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, patent and trademark prosecution and litigation experience, be able to review and brief complex legal issues quickly and completely, prepare and file complex legal documents and exhibits without error, and assist lead counsel at every stage.
Experience with Clio, West Law, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
