Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

2. Follow electrical code standards and safety protocols.

3. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

4. Perform conduit and wiring installations.

5. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.

6. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

7. Prep vehicles with parts/equipment.

8. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

9. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

10. Upload all photos required by management.

11. Support job site cleanliness and organization.

12. Material runs

13. Support journeyman/license holder onsite as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Positive attitude.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Good listener.

- Looking for a career, not a job.

- 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice with 4000-8000+ hours.

- Strong understanding of electrical code standards.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Sense of pride.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Driving record pulled if using company vehicle).

- Background check (No felony convictions within the last 5 years).

- Basic hand tools, power tools, and the ability to use them effectively.

- Current State Apprentice Electricians License.

Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Good mathematical skills.

-Affidavit from the previous employer verifying for apprenticeship.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

- Hours are typically 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F.

- Work weeks are typically 40 hours with project-specific overtime, as needed.

- Project-specific travel may be required.
