The customer service position requires a high level of client interaction and providing exceptional service. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but always stick to company trained systems. We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals in our Customer Service Department. We are a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs. Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

You must be able to connect with people - both in person as well as over the phone

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional customer service experience and skills

Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Can-do attitude, self-starter, and willingness to assist in all functional areas as needed

Supervisory experience a plus

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Answering phones and customer questions

Working with clients and handling every phase of their accounts

Scheduling appointments

Responsible for problem resolution for clients

Maintaining customer database and input of information into computer

Promote high standards by modeling exceptional client service characteristics to retain existing relationships with clients.

Respond to difficult or complex product and service inquiries from clients, team members and business partners.

Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving and follow-through.

Qualifications:

Degree preferred, not required

1+ years' experience in management or customer service

Superior client service skills

Strong communication skills - oral and written

Organization skills
