OVERVIEW
You must have several years of experience bidding and managing small to medium-sized projects valued at up to 5 million. You must be capable of communicating and collaborating with co-workers and clients to produce thorough, detailed estimates and efficiently manage projects. Though a degree in construction management or a related field is not required, it is considered a plus.
DUTIES
Complete material take-offs and project estimating using Bluebeam and Sage Contractor 100
Prepare Bid Proposal documents
Provide project management
Schedule subcontractors
Order Materials
Maintain communication with owners
Manage project documents and submittals
