Dr. Thomas the founder of the Green House Homes believes that Greenhouse as one word, grows plants and trees but the Green House as two words, grow people. Growing doesn't just stop with the Elders but is instrumental with our staff. You are hired as a CNA and are trained to become a Shahbazim. This is a person who provides all direct care for our elders living in our homes. You become a part of a self-managed work team with team scheduling and work beside the nurses within the home not for them.
