I am currently remodeling a house in the country just a short drive from Berthoud. At this time I am seeking one framing carpenter and one construction laborer. The pay scale is negotiable with a range of pay from $20 an hour up to $40 an hour for the right person with payment every Friday. Work is available as soon as tomorrow, Monday July 13th. The laborer position does not require tools, but it would be great if you brought your own personal protective equipment like gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection. As for the Framing Carpenter position, having tools will help you receive a higher hourly wage from the beginning.
