Description We currently have a short-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
Be a welcoming presence for visitors
Order office and kitchen supplies Requirements
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

Be detailed, flexible, and organized
